DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC Pricing Errors

In the event a products price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect purchase. We reserve the right to over or under ship by 5%.

DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC Order Cancellation

All orders are non-cancellable. When you place an order via Purchase order, online, by email or any other form. In the event you cancel your order, DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC will not issue a credit or Refund.

When you place an order with DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC, we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your email address. We consider this information private. PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. When your order is placed your card is charged. All order are final and will not be allowed to be cancelled and no credit will be issued. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order. Any additional charges will be charged such as increase in order size or shipping charges not included on the 1st payment will be charged when ship. Returned Checks and ACH Payments will be assessed a charge of $39.00 each time a return is made by the customers bank.

Security Information

DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC takes web site security very seriously. We have implemented the highest form of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for our users. Sales Taxes

DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Minnesota. Each customer shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All returns and replacements occurring after 7 days from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold All of DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC products are guaranteed against defects for 7 days from the date of the invoice. If Digital Printing in its opinion determines a make good credit is due a in store credit will be issued for future purchases. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR or ON YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN,DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC. And ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS AND DEALERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE INDUSTRIAL PRINTING SITE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, INDUSTRIAL PRINTING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO INDUSTRIAL PRINTING. ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE INDUSTRIAL PRINTING SITES SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.

Governing Law and Venue: For all Sales orders, Invoicing, Estimates, Purchase orders and any other contract by Digital Printing Services, LLC, IDPS, LLC and or its affiliates This Contract has been negotiated and executed in the state of Minnesota in the County of Hennepin and shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Minnesota in the county of Hennepin. In the event of any legal action to enforce or interpret this Contract, the sole and exclusive venue shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the parties hereto agree to and do hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court, notwithstanding the Parties specifically agree to waive any and all rights to request that an action be transferred for trial to another County. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this contract shall be submitted binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. In the state of Minnesota in the county of Hennepin in the State of Minnesota.
